At Ugg Store, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with the security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn footwear or apparel back into its original Ugg box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
